Issue descriptionChrome Version : 1.0.2704.91 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu 14.04 URLs (if applicable) : https://test.webrtc.org/ OS version : Raspbian 8.0 (32-bit) Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): DSL Audio/Video format (if applicable): H264 Special chrome flags (if applicable): Behavior in Safari (if known): n/a Behavior in Firefox (if known): well Video issue Flash or HTML5? HTML5 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Use camera with WebRTC on chromium using raspberry pi - a usb cam or raspicam (2) example url: https://test.webrtc.org/ (3) What is the expected result? see video stream from connected camera which chromium recognize. What is the actual result? console errors: Uncaught TypeError: navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia is not a function

Unable to reproduce this issue, tested it on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome dev version 56.0.2906.0. These are the steps i followed (1) Open Google chrome (2) Navigate to following url "https://test.webrtc.org/" (3) Click on the start button. Observed that No error is displayed. Could you please check the attached screencast and let us know if any steps are missed in the screencast.

@kkaluri The problem is not in chrome, it's on Chromium 51.0.2704.91 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu 14.04. This is the version that comes with Rapbian Jessie for Raspberry pi.

Thanks a lot, but i found out that the issue was on the local copy of OS, after reinstalling the OS & relevant drivers it was fine. Thanks for your help !
