Camera not streaming using chromium running on Raspbian 8.0

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 1.0.2704.91 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu 14.04
URLs (if applicable) : https://test.webrtc.org/
OS version           : Raspbian 8.0 (32-bit)
Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): DSL
Audio/Video format (if applicable): H264
Special chrome flags (if applicable):

Behavior in Safari (if known): n/a
Behavior in Firefox (if known): well

Video issue

Flash or HTML5?  HTML5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use camera with WebRTC on chromium using raspberry pi - a usb cam or raspicam
(2) example url: https://test.webrtc.org/
(3)

What is the expected result?
see video stream from connected camera which chromium recognize.

What is the actual result?
console errors: 
Uncaught TypeError: navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia is not a function

Sorry for the mistake:

Chrome Version       : 51.0.2704.91 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu 14.04

Unable to reproduce this issue, tested it on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome dev version 56.0.2906.0. These are the steps i followed 

(1) Open Google chrome
(2) Navigate to following url "https://test.webrtc.org/"
(3) Click on the start button.

Observed that No error is displayed.
Could you please check the attached screencast and let us know if any steps are missed in the screencast.

The problem is not in chrome, it's on Chromium 51.0.2704.91 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu 14.04.

This is the version that comes with Rapbian Jessie for Raspberry pi.

Thanks a lot, but i found out that the issue was on the local copy of OS, after reinstalling the OS & relevant drivers it was fine.
