"Warning: something's not right here" error message seen for M47 users on iOS10

On UIWV M47 and iOS10 users are seeing this "Warning: something's not right here" Error page instead of being able to navigate. On the warning page, if they press the Advanced button, they are shown text that for security reasons they should not proceed, screen shot attached.

These users must update to the latest chrome in the App Store in order to be able to use Chrome for iOS. This is a known issue in <=M47/UIWV/iOS10.
