Printing page breaks( with page-break-after: always; ) - does not print all pages

Issue description
Chrome Version : Version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Firefox: works correctly
IE:works correctly
IE Edge:works correctly
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open the attached .html file in Chrome
(2)Print to pdf - A4/Portrate
What is the expected result?
There should be 6 pages printed.
What happens instead?
Instead of 6 pages - there is only page printed in the pdf;
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
We have tried all workarounds with defining height for each div, and even it there was an improvement in printing more pages - we couldn't get the Chrome to print all 6 pages.

Interestingly by changing the media rule to "@media print {" (removing the and-clauses) it works just fine. The rule applies even with the and clauses though as it changes the background color.
