Regression: "Failed to parse the print job's print ticket" error while saving to google drive

Version:  56.0.2905.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to chrome >> Give print on any page >> Change destination to "Save to Google Drive" >> Hit save and observe 

Expetced: Print should be succesfully saved to drive.
Actual: Instead unable to save and "Failed to parse the print job's print ticket" error message is seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M56.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 56.0.2905.0 .
