What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> try to download one image>> and again download one image

Expected: After downloading 1st image>> notification bar overlay should vanish while downloading the second image
Actual: Instead it's staying there and we need to wait till it disappears to download the second image (Refer screen cast)

This is Non-Regression as same is seen since M53

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
