Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a html file with the below content <html> <input type="text" disabled=true value="123"/> </html> 2. Run this in the chrome browser 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit) 3. Unable to select and copy the text 123 from textbox What is the expected behavior? 1. It should allow us to select and copy the text from the disable textbox like the previous chrome version Version 53.0.2785.143 m What went wrong?
