Non-Regression: Glimpse of previous video seen on youtube.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)launch Chrome and go to youtube page(www.youtube.com)
(2)Play any video >> click on youtube home button and play any other video and observe (refer attached screen cast)

Expected: Glimpse of previous video shouldn't be seen on playing another video.
Actual: Glimpse of previous video seen on playing another video.

This is a Non- Regression issue as the same behaviour is seen from M-35.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 56.0.2905.0
