Privacy concern it seems as if someone is remotely logging on

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Permission being changed
2. Over use of data when idle
3. Apps stop unexpectedly

What is the expected behavior?
Settings and permissions are changed and it a great deal of data is being used by apps I don't have signed in.

What went wrong?
Not sure, was something installed on my device? This is brand new as of 10/29/16.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.89  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.0

This doesn't seem like it is related to chrome. But it is related to android. I think you might need to file a bug here: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/entry?template=Security%20bug%20report
