Please add disk cache adjustable option on main UI

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click the Chrome settings
2. No found adjustable disk cache size
3. Need for such an option!

What is the expected behavior?
Adjustable disk cache size in MegaByte or disable cache!

What went wrong?
No found this option!

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.28  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
