system will not operate right crashes freezes downloads do not go to proper location runs slow

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. turn on pc 
2. open windows 
3. chrome browser never shows up 

What is the expected behavior?
running slow and awful would like to run smooth 

What went wrong?
running slow things are a mess 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r999

please help to get my pc running fast and smooth

Try editing some browser flags, and then try again.

Unable to reproduce the issue  on windows-7, Mac-10.11.6 and linux ubuntu 14.04  using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.87.
Could you please, upgrade to the chrome latest version (54.0.2840.87) and update the thread accordingly.

Closing the issue as there is no user update on this for long. Could probably be rooted to some temporary corruption.

Feel free to ping this bug or file a new issue , if you still see the exact issue on the latest chrome versions.
