Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable CVox Next.
2. New tab>>www.google.com
3. Jump to the top of the page with CVox+CTRL+Left arrow, and press CVox+E to jump to the search box.
4. Attempt to search for anything...
Expected: I should be able to type, and text is typed.
Actual: I must actually tab to the edit box, or tab out of and back into the edit box before typing. As a more practical example, this happens on any site, but on Hulu.com, focus does not get placed in the edit box. One must press the command to jump to the next edit box. However, doing so does not allow for typing of text. This is a regression. There was another bug opened about this, and the bug was closed as the bug was fixed... however it is back.
