Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. GO to a website to play audio (YouTube, Google Music, anything)
2. Play a song or video
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
You would hear sound

What went wrong?
You hear no sound despite the song, video, or ad playing 

Did this work before? Yes I cannot remember but probably 3 or 4 beta updates ago

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Only on 2016 HP Chromebook 13 (I have the m7 with 16GB ram)

I have noticed that when I log into "Guest" and browse as a guest this is not an issue. Everything works as expected. But when I log into my profile, the only profile, no sound works at all. None, zero, nothing. It has to be software related because everything works fine when in guest mode. 

This has persisted through 3 or 4 beta channel updates, so I figured I would finally make a bug because it doesn't seem to be getting fixed.
