Disable telemetry.core.platform_unittest.PlatformScreenshotTest.testScreenshot on Mac 10.10

hello third_party/catapult/OWNERS

per bug 660582, a few tests failed when swarming was enabled for Mac 10.10  and 10.11.

Please disable telemetry.core.platform_unittest.PlatformScreenshotTest.testScreenshot 10.10
 for 10.10. I looked but it seems this can only be done by landing a cl in your repo and then having it roll into chromium? that's quite unfortunate if that's the case.
