Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Drag the vnc5.mp4 to Chrome Browser 2. Watch the screen quality and you find the blurry screen. What is the expected behavior? The quality of screen should be good. What went wrong? Screen is blurry. I create the screen shot for comparison. The image file name ending with "WITHOUT_H264" shows the normal case. But ending with "WITH_H264" shows the blurry case. Did this work before? Yes Chrome 49. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I am going to post a HTML page by the end of this week. Keep tuned. It is not reproducible on all the Chrome browser but on some.

@rbasuvula I can share you a project that include a small web server to serve and parse the MP4 data. But it is too big to attache it here. What is the best way to share with you.

I tried the original repro instructions on Mac Chrome 54.0.2840.71 but don't see an obvious issue - the video looks sharp to me (though there's no calculator in the video so I can't compare it directly to the screenshots). henryzhang86@ can you still reproduce this in current Chrome builds on Mac? And can you reproduce simply by opening that video instead of Chrome (i.e. the server components you mentioned aren't necessary)?

Hi, I'd like to send you a simple project to reproduce it. I do believe Chrome handles it differently between dragging a MP4 to Chrome and using MediaSource API to display it. The project is around 200M to 300M since it includes a big MP4 files. Could you let me know the best way to send it to you.

Sorry I was just the blink bug triager. If it's non-trivial to reproduce this then an expert from the media team should take a look. I suggest you share the project on Google Drive or a similar service and include a link here (or if it cannot be public, whoever picks this up from the media team can give you their e-mail address).
