Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8872.27.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.29 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://outlook.office.com/?path=/mail/action/compose Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open browser 2. enter or click on link https://outlook.office.com/?path=/mail/action/compose 3. What is the expected behavior? The expected behavior is that the url opens the webpage to the compose new email. What went wrong? The page opens correctly to the compose new email but the browser appears to start loading again and quickly (Within 1 second or so)the compose new email page goes away. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 55.0.2883.29 Channel: dev OS Version: 8872.27.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I also tried to open the url while using the ie-On-Chrome Extension and the url worked. I also tried using chrome on windows OS and that worked as well. It only fails with chrome on my chromebook.

Can you confirm that this doesn't affect Chrome on other platforms? There shouldn't be anything about navigation that's chrome os specific.
