Can never get actual real Chrome browser, always a hacker

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Everytime I try to log into Google or Google Chrome, I get some page that says Google but is not.  There is a hacker on the site who changes all the options and prevents me from correcting all.  This has been happening since June 2016

Could you please install the Chrome Cleanup Tool in your system which would help to scan and remove software that may cause problems with Chrome, such as crashes, unusual startup pages or toolbar's, unexpected adds and let us know the behavior of the browser after installing the chrome cleanup tool.
