Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open new tab 2. Trying to hide the bookmarks panel //exectly ctrl+shift+b What is the expected behavior? The bookmarks panel must be hidden even "new-tab". Because it's available inside the right-triple-dots menu. What went wrong? The bookmarks panel is visible yet. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: debian 8.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Move that option to extended settings
