Bisect incorrectly parsing chartjson values in failures

In this example, both revisions produced empty chartjson files, yet the post_bisect results step posted [1,1,1,1,1], [1,1,1,1,1] as their values.

It appears that the returncodes of the runs are erroneously being treated as values parsed for the metric.
