Chrome Custom Tab should follow chrome autoplay settings

CCT must follow Chrome Autoplay settings. Few reports saying it doesn't. Creating bug to track and triage.

Any other reports aside from the thread from earlier? In the example I've seen the reporter also saw the issue in Chrome.

If I understand, this is a dup from  bug 638463  and not a Custom Tab specific issue. Please reopen if I understood this incorrectly.
