Chrome exits after login |

Issue descriptionIn mash, Chrome exits after login when LoginDisplayHostImpl releases the keep alive. Since we still have non-browser code/states (e.g. session manager and its state) inside Chrome, Chrome should keep running until that has cleaned up. Repro: 1. Running chrome with "--login-manager --mash" 2. Login 3. Press Ctrl+N to open a browser window Expected: At step 3, a browser window for the just signed in user is opened. Actual: An incogito window opens and login UI shows on top of it.
