The should have been filed as a go/fix-chrome-git issue, to get put in the Git Admin queue. I've now added it to that queue and it should get handled today or tomorrow.

I've set up external fetch for https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/github.com/gentoo/gentoo

it might take a bit of time for it to appear.

cros_portage_upgrade: update remote URL

Now that we have a full mirror of the Gentoo git tree, switch over
to using that.  We also have to update the origin.fetch so we can
switch branches transparently.

TEST=`cros_portage_upgrade --upgrade --host --unstable-ok nano` switched remotes and worked
