Issue description
Chrome Version 54.02840.41 : <64bit>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)visit www.eastwestbanker.com
(2)click log in
(3)https://personal.eastwestbanker.com/kis_CUP_F8F731B4-629F-4B7C-923C-495D87BF7E09/1477665799
(4)https://www.eastwestbanker.com
What is the expected result?
This site was originally HTTP and redirected to HTTPS. This webpage that I am using is partially encrypted since some of the content is retrieved unencrypted over http.
What happens instead?
The webpage is not fully secured.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #54.0.2840.71, Canary #56.0.2905.0 in Windows 10.0 and was able to reproduce the issue. This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M35 #35.0.1898.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed. Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Thank you.

This is a bug in the website, not a bug in Chrome. You'll need to open a bug with the operators of the Website and request that they use HTTPS for all of the resources on their pages. |
