Bootstrap (responsive elements) rendering issue Lenovo TB3-710F

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit website using stock standard bootstrap on Lenovo TB3-710F
2. Keep clicking refresh

What is the expected behavior?
Website loads

What went wrong?
Website loads incorrectly, then once the load completes page renders fine. Intermittently the broken rendering stays and the page doesn't complete load.

* Not the graph seen loads 2 secs after page load is complete.

The padding issues seen sometime stay after the page loads completely (intermittent)

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 49.??.???? (Resetting to tablets factory version works)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.68  Channel: n/a

Hello

Thanks for reporting the issue. However, we could not reproduce the issue on Lenovo tab2, with Chrome:  54.0.2840.68.

Could you please provide a bugreport and/or grab a chrome trace if you see this issue again? 

To get bugreport:
Android Settings > About Phone > Tap Build number 10 times, go back one screen, Developer options should be right above About phone.
Once you have enabled developer options,  to take a bug report,go to Android Settings -> Developer Options ->Enable USB Debugging and then tap on Take bug report

To get chrometrace:
