Mouse pointer is a few pixels dislodged to the left

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/53.0.2785.143 Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chromium with any web page
2. Try to close any tab, clicking the "x" won't close it, but dislodging the mouse a little to the left change the hover state of the button and you can close it.
3. The same happens with forms in web pages

What is the expected behavior?
Hover over the element and being able to click it

What went wrong?
The mouse pointer is not correctly placed on the UI

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: 14.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r999

Unable to reproduce this issue, we tested this issue on ubuntu 14.04 machine with chrome version stable 53.0.2785.143. Observed that by clicking on 'x' button it is closing the tab.

please check the attached screencast.

Could you please try this scenario with clean profile without using any apps or extensions in your browser and let us know your observation.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome stable version-55.0.2883.87 & chrome reported version-53.0.2785.143.

New tab is getting closed when we click on 'x' button.

Could you please try this scenario with clean profile without using any apps or extensions in your browser and let us know your observation.
