What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>>Click on Uber tray>>Using tab key,navigate to the volume slider(here observe blue focus ring) and hit enter
(2)Now using tab key select audio settings option and now observe blue focus ring is missing on volume slider in uber tray. (Please refer video)

Expected: Blue focus ring should be seen after navigating back from audio settings as it is seen for other options of uber tray expect for volume slider.(Please refer video)
Actual: Instead Blue focus ring is seen missing.

This is Non Regression issue as it is also seen in M53.
