DevTools: Overlapping of text when dragging drawer toolbar with Quick Source

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2903.0 652240f3d4404a949aaa0a9ca04017bd25011958-refs/heads/master@{#428231} (64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and navigate to NTP and open devtools. (2) Now press 'Esc' key to open console drawer and click on iron icon and select 'Quick source' (3) Now press 'Ctrl + P' and select any file and drag the console drawer downwards and observe Actual: Overlapping of text is seen after dragging console drawer downwards Expected: Overlapping of text should not be seen after dragging console drawer downwards This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-52 series as 'Quick source' appears from build # 52.0.2739.0 Kindly review the attached screen cast for reference.
