hongchan, you were supposed to disable the test. I'll go ahead and do that now. Looking at the buildbot failures, there's an insane amount of failures all over the place, like hundreds of layout tests are failing. How did the flakes algorithm determine just this test was flaky? Hard to find an owner for this; the test hasn't been touched since 2014.

The last person to touch these tests was samli@, like two years ago. samli@, any chance you can help out here? It must be that a recent CL has made the test flaky or that the flake tool is misreporting. I'm not sure I believe the flake tool here (see #6).
