Material design settings does not allow editing of autofill addresses

Google Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 (64-bit)

1. Visit chrome://settings/ with the "Enable Material Design settings" flag enabled
2. Click "Advanced" to collapse the advanced settings
3. Click Autofill Settings
4. Click the vertical "..." to the right of an address for the contextual menu with "Edit" and "delete" options
5. Select "Edit". Nothing happens.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Chrome 53 is a very old version. Editing autofill addresses works just fine on tip of tree Chromium (see screencast).
