I do not know if this will help with this, but this morning something changed in Chrome for me. It appears all of the dialog boxes are using the wrong scaling size on some of my monitors. I have a surfacebook pro with an extra monitor. The main display, the surfacebook, is 3000x2000 resolution and set to 200% scaling. Everything works fine there. The other monitor is 1920x1200 and is set to 100% scaling. Everything works fine there too, except for the dialog boxes in Chrome, they are now set to 200% (or perhaps bigger - they are very large). This was working fine this morning, I walked away for a bit, came back and suddenly all the dialog boxes were too big. If I move chrome into the main display (the 3000x2000) all works fine.

Tested on windows 10 using chrome stable M55 #55.0.2883.87 and did not find anything difference in browser resolution .
