Issue descriptionMonochrome version: 55.0.2883.28 Books version: 3.10.27 With multiprocess webview enabled, chrome beta and dev currently render blank pages in books. Works fine in stable, or with multiprocess disabled.

yeah easily if you build webview, probably easier to knowledge transfer in person, but all the instructions are here: https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/build-instructions-android-webview, or linked from there

Reverted my patch on m55 (https://codereview.chromium.org/2454203002/) and a revert on ToT in in CQ (https://codereview.chromium.org/2452303003/) Removing milestone labels but keeping it open as I will be relanding that patch with a fix for this and we can use this space to discuss any questions I might have about how books works.
