Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVwcqjMeOcs
2. load the console page
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
This can be acessed by remote users

What went wrong?
There are lines on the video and my internet connection becomes slower. My device also rins slower

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Able to reproduce this issue on the chrome with latest stable version 54.0.2840.71
Also seeing the same behaviour on firefox and IE browsers too. 

Issue seems not specific to the chrome browser but it is related to youtube video 
Please check the screenshot taken on firefox.
Request you to please confirm from your end as well.

Because this is kind of browser was a cross browser. That why is can be reproduced both on I.E. and Firexfox.

It looks like the video is "no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated."  Do you have another video to reproduce?

If this happens on other browsers as well, it is likely related to the video itself or video player.
