"fast/borders/border-styles-split.html" is flaky.

The flaky crashes were all due to this failing assert:
../../third_party/skia/src/core/SkAAClip.cpp:1339: fatal error: "assert(0 == *alpha)"

They were all on builds between "Turn on Analytic AA in Chrome" and its revert(s), so I think it's not going to happen again, but this needs to be investigated before relanding.
