Issue description

This is a severe drop; height and width is reduced to 50% for H264.

I don't think it's related to the WebRTC changes but it's hard to say since we're missing the same data for the builder that uses the DEPS-pinned WebRTC revision due to bug 659124.

Removing R-V-G label (was set upon bug filing because the bot was incorrectly configured as internal)

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)

I believe this was caused by cpu adaptation accidentally being enabled. Fixed, so closing.
