Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Insert sd card

What is the expected behavior?
SD card is mounted

What went wrong?
SD card doesn't mount automatically until reboot with a sd card inserted.

SD card reader works.

I've attached the output of dmesg, blkid, lsblk, mount, lsusb, usb-devices, df -h commands.

Did this work before? Yes I was on beta channel when it stopped work. It doesn't work during about last three updates on beta channel.

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8743.76.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Going to stable channel and powerwash doesn't help. Unfortunately, I switched to stable channel just today when stable hit 54 version.
