Notifications from an app lack attribution

I thought that app and extension notifications were supposed to say the name of the app or extension? At least, I believe they used to show the app/extension name at the bottom. Without it, it's pretty hard (impossible?) to figure out where the notification is coming from.

I thought so too... I know we changed a bit about how notifications show, but didn't think this was part of it.  +dewittj, OWNER of the notifications API.
