ChromeVox loses track of focus when find bar is hidden

1. Enable ChromeVox
2. Tab a few times so that focus is definitely in the middle of the page
3. Press Ctrl+F to find in page
4. Type some text that appears in the page
5. Press Enter to accept it
6. Press Escape to close the Find bar
7. Now press Tab - you should be tabbing through the document

ChromeVox is silent.

The bug is that AXAuraObjCache isn't updating focus when the find bar widget is hidden.

Update focus when widget changes visibility.

ChromeVox wasn't getting a notification that the focused view changed
when the find bar was hidden. Fix this by firing a focus event whenever
a widget's visibility changes. Existing code already ensures that the
event gets fired on the right view and that no duplicate events are
generated by the time it gets to ChromeVox.
