Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Print Labels to company Zebra printer 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Labels should print and look the same as they do on screen. What went wrong? Key information on the labels, such as bar codes, are not being printed, although they are appearing in print-preview. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

What is the source that you are trying to print? Is it a webpage? PDF? Can you provide a sample?

Also, what is the model number of the Zebra printer? What's the driver version?

Same problem with Nipon Printers with 54.0.2840.71 in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. When print same webpage with these printers (models 2511 and 3411), sometimes some info are not printed. In the preview page, all is ok.

Same here with Zebra ZT410. Random part missings and never the same between each printing trial. The preview is fine thought. And when we print it as PDF and then print the PDF through our Zebra ZT410, it works fine. So it seems to be something related with chrome's real printing output.

Hi folks, can you try running Chrome with this command line flag, and see if that helps? --disable-gdi-text-printing https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/command-line-flags

I have had the same issue with printing since last update and they pointed me to this ticket. I have rolled back everyone to a previous version and set a flag in the registry for no updates. Unbelievable problem this has created.

Comment 13 : The flag worked for us. (Windows 10 64bits using a Zebra ZT410) Thanks !

Looks like a duplicate of bug 658606 , which has a fix on the way. |
