Autocompletion for reviewer behaves strangely

When adding justincohen@ as a reviewer, if I just type "justin" only one email is suggested by the autocompletion (see screenshot 1), but if I add an extra c to "justinc", then the list suggest four emails (not including the first one, see screenshot 2).

This is strange ...
