Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer tools on a javascript function in source
2. Press cntrl+shift+E

What is the expected behavior?
Highlighted text is immediately executed in console window

What went wrong?
There is nothing happening!!!

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I have been using this hotkey since I became a web developer and have been loving it's functionality. However now i can't seem to get it to work. I check on Canary and it has the same behavior. I checked my hotkeys on the chrome extensions and none of them are using the cntrl+shift+E. Please any advice would be appreciated so that I can get back to my full productivity!

I tested chrome of Version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit)
I tested Canary
I checked extension shortcuts that there are no uses of the hotkey
Cntrl+Shift+A works to add something to a watch and other shortcuts work
Windows 10, Logitech G710 keyboard...
