Disable Ctrl-Shift-Q

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open tens of tabs
2. Do stuff, switch tabs using Ctrl-Tab and Ctrl-Shift-Tab
3. Hit Ctrl-Shift-Q by accident..

What is the expected behavior?
Nothing

What went wrong?
Chrome closed

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

On Windows Alt-F4 is available

Alt-F4 closes just one window, it won't exit the entire browser with multiple windows open, in which case pressing this hotkey will inadvertently close that window's tabs and won't reopen them on next start.

Personally, I like software that provides built-in customization of hotkeys. Presumably, Chrome will never implement it, so I guess the concerned users can disable the hotkey using an external utility like AutoHotkey.
