minor URL bar, enhancements

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2900.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 1.1 select url bar
   1.2 start typing a url to bring up auto-complete
   1.3 press up arrow

2. 2.1 select url bar
   2.2 start typing a url to bring up auto-complete
   2.3 select a result
   2.4 press [End] key

What is the expected behavior?
1. (overlap) select last result

2. same behavior of pressing right arrow

3. some way to trigger fuzzy searching

What went wrong?

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2900.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Tried testing this issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #56.0.2900.0, but was unable to make out what the issue actually happened by following the steps provided and the expected result.

Could you please elaborate what the issue actually is??

this is not a bug report/ issue. 
it's a small bug important URL bar enhancement feature request for a better User experience.

#1. when first option is selected (highlighted) in url autocomplete options. after pressing up arrow, it should overlap, and select (highlight) the last option in the menu.

#2. after pressing [Page Up] key it selects the first option in the menu.
    after pressing [Page Down] key it selects the last option in the menu.

#3. URL fuzzy search
