Regression: Glimpse of the deleted letter/text is seen on hitting backspace key in sources section of devtools.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2900.0 (Official Build) 1e4fbec3b5701d9f605e88f14dafa442be98b648-refs/heads/master@{#427219} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X (10.10.5, 10.11.4).

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and open a new tab page.
2. Right click on the NTP and click 'Inspect'
3. Click on 'Sources' and hit 'Ctrl+P', now type something on the text box.
4. Hit Backspace key to delete the typed letters/text observe.

Actual: Glimpse of the deleted letter/text is seen on hitting backspace key.

Expected: No such glimpse of letters should be seen while deleting.

This is a regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update the other info.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 & Mac 10.11.4 with latest chrome canary-56.0.2922.0.
