Regression : Unwanted glimpse of 'close' button is seen in chrome://md-settings page.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/ and type any text in search box
2. Now press 'Ctrl + P' to open print preview and observe in top RHS of background window

Actual: Unwanted glimpse of 'close' button is seen after giving print command
Expected: Unwanted glimpse of 'close' button should not be seen after giving print command

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:54.0.2797.0

This issue is marked as M55 label, M55 is going to stable soon. could you please have a fix and request a merge M55 branch (2883).
