Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch PlayStore > search & install uTorrent app (com.utorrent.client / v.3.25) 2. Launch Chrome > go to "m.torrentkim5.net" > download any torrent file 3. Launch Downloads > touch the torrent file 3. What is the expected behavior? User can open torrent file via uTorrent app. What went wrong? "Can't open file" warning pop-up is displayed and user can't open the torrent file. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 It is also reproducible on beta(M55), dev(M56) of N OS device. When downloading at "torrentwiz.net", user can open the file via uTorrent app because the mime type is "application/x-bittorrent". But when downloading at "m.torrentkim5.net", the mime type is "file/unknown" and it fails to open it via uTorrent app.

seiyon.park, it looks like this problem only exists with m.torrentkim5.net is that correct? If the Mime type is being incorrectly set by the developer, I don't know if there is much we can do other than follow up with them to get them to fix.

This is a site issue, the response we got is:
HTTP_TRANSACTION_READ_RESPONSE_HEADERS
--> HTTP/1.1 200
status: 200
date: Tue, 24 Jan 2017 19:18:05 GMT
content-type: file/unknown
content-length: 14707
x-powered-by: PHP/5.4.30
p3p: CP="ALL CURa ADMa DEVa TAIa OUR BUS IND PHY ONL UNI PUR FIN COM NAV INT DEM CNT STA POL HEA PRE LOC OTC"
content-disposition: attachment; filename="%ED%99%94%EB%9E%91.E12.170124.720p-NEXT.mp4.torrent"
content-description: php generated data
pragma: no-cache
expires: 0
server: cloudflare-nginx
cf-ray: 3265d44f1e9d1ec5-SJC
So the page returns file/unknown as MIME type and chrome just uses that
