PDFium crash on research paper

Project Member Reported by pdr@chromium.org, Oct 26 2016

Issue description

Version: 56.0.2897.0/dev
OS: OSX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open http://imsear.li.mahidol.ac.th/bitstream/123456789/32192/3/663.pdf
(2) Crash

This crash doesn't seem to want to upload (will file separately) so I'm reporting this manually.

Indeed it does. I got 4729bdfb00000000 - let's see if it's a duplicate?
Doesn't crash with ToT. I'm guessing it's another crash from https://pdfium.googlesource.com/pdfium/+/ef38283688c1ee7c08bcf4204cfb78e09c039782 which soon got reverted.

I filed https://crbug.com/659440 for the crash issue. Lets track that separately.

Oh, whoops. I was thinking of the Stability-Crash label.

My crash looks pretty ugly on the crash server, but it's a NULL pointer crash inside FPDFAvail_IsPageAvail().
