[Presentation API] change initial state of PresentationConnection to 'connecting'

- change initial state to 'connecting'
- transition to 'connected' state in PresentationServiceImpl (browser side) as a work around
- verified Youtube and CastHelloVideo works fine for Cast; Youtube works fine for DIAL
