Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: (1) Open a Google search. (2) Type "^Meaning" or "&Meaning" (3) Click on Google search What is the expected behavior? Expected Result is, it should display the meaning of the Special Characters ^ & What went wrong? Instead of the expected result, it displays the meaning of the word "Meaning". Search Engine is ignoring the special characters like ^ & * ( ) etc. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Hi, Yes, it is not related only to Chrome browser. This Bug is related to "Google Search". I am confirming this from my side as well. Thanks, Vijay Kempashanaiah

Able to repro the issue on Win7/64 bit [54.0.2840.99] & Mac OSX 10.11.6 [54.0.2840.98] I do not see Yahoo or Bing search engines also providing the results [meaning of special characters] as expected in the description. ck.vijay@, can you please check at your end as well ?
