What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log in w/ Google account at https://polymon.polymer-project.org on an Android Nexus 6 (other devices possibly also affected).
(2) If you haven't used the app before, navigate to https://polymon.polymer-project.org/code/reference.f45c185c1363a6e5885854014adf6f383c14151962cfa248de9eeb0f3e7e04e5 in order to "catch" a Taco Polymon.
(3) Navigate to https://polymon.polymer-project.org/polydex 
(4) Identify the colored-in Taco Polymon (towards the bottom of the list, shaped like a Taco)
(5) Tap the Taco Polymon. A transition will occur.

What is the expected result?
The transition completes without a screen flash.

What happens instead?
Often (but not always) the screen will flash at the end of the transition.
