Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.ktvu.com/news/213479819-story Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Attach an external monitor to Macbook pro laptop, eg any 1080p 2. navigate to http://www.ktvu.com/news/213479819-story or any other page with embedded flash video content 3. Move the tab to the external display 4. Start playing the video 5. Select full screen What is the expected behavior? The full video (and controls) will be visible in the external monitor What went wrong? Only the upper left corner of the video is displayed. The other 3/4 of the display are blank. The controls are not visible, but luckily <Esc> gets you out of full screen mode. Did this work before? Yes 54.0.2840.59 Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Flash Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Full screen works correctly when the flash video is displayed on the laptop screen. HTML5 works fine. This is only an issue with flash on external monitors. I am seeing this on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)

I installed Version 59.0.3038.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit). I disabled all extensions and did not log into google and used "guest" profile. As before, I used ktvu.com as a test site. I displayed a video on the built-in Macbook pro display and it displayed correctly. But, when I attached an external display, it once again displayed only the upper left corner of the video as in my earlier screen cast.
