Android Nexus6 WebView Perf (2) has a device with charging failure

This bot has a device (ZX1G22LDJC) that is blacklisted because it fails provision_devices step with "Device not charging properly." failure. Please help to check on the device

Swapped out ZX1G22LDJC with ZX1G22WXG7. Going to put ZX1G22LDJC aside to test charging.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
New device charged up fine (test charging conditions passed). Provision and device stats steps also passed.
